I can’t be the only one with this issue or the need for this application.

Support is non-existent in addition to being almost impossible to communicate with because of the language barrier. I’ve upgraded to every current version for Windows OS (currently 4.0) and it still crashes EVERY TIME I try to feed a business card into the scanner, try to open any of the functions in the menu, etc. Their database was incompatible with the new db type in 10.13 and no amount of emailing support made any difference. I then upgraded to OS 10.13 and everything went south from there. Even then their OCR/ICR algorithm is sub-optimized to say the least and I wound up doing data entry on EVERY card I scanned - making me wonder why I even scanned it in the first place. I bought the scanner & SW license from amazon and was originally able to scan business cards in OS 10.12. This is more like a virus than an app in that it causes more pain and frustration than actually does anything productive. Posted about my SAB listing a few weeks ago about not showing up in search only when you entered the exact name.
